Our head office is located in Toronto, Canada, with a satellite office in Santiago, Chile. Our industry partners and distribution network across the Americas work together to serve our customers better.

Today

Kobitex Import and Export Ltd founded in Toronto investing in market research to identify industries to serve, establishing focus in textiles.

Kobitex establishes expanded solution set with primary focus on Borates and Sulfites. First products introduced were Boric Acid and Sodium Metabisulfite. Development and design of packaging, and establishment of product specification and configurations were completed.

Kobitex Inc is incorporated with focus on industrial raw materials and chemicals sourced from Turkey. Expands Borates portfolio in North America and other countries.

New Chromium chemical derivates are co-developed with Sisecam, based in Turkey, and introduced to our customer base.

Becomes major agency and distributor in North and South America and global locations for US headquartered companies.

Opens South America satellite office in Santiago, Chile. Adds Sulfates and other product groups to portfolio to continue to diversify base offering and grow.
